This apartment is situated in the center of Cervinia, about 100-150 meters from the cable car station for Plan Maison: shops, ski rentals, restaurants are all within walking distance. There is a slope that stops right next to the condominium and the cable car for Plan Maison is around 150 metres from the building.

WHERE IS IT?

The flat is located in the cond. Centro Breuil, on the 4th floor (with elevator).

Here, the hot water is centralized.

On the ground floor of the building there is an interesting shopping mall with the supermarket, bank, ski school, ski rental, bar with pastry shop, clothing stores, grocery, butcher shop and newsstand.
Lively during the day, quiet at night.

THE LOCATION

The Centro Breuil has an excellent central location in Cervinia: 200 meters away is the Gondola lift to Plan Maison or a 400 meters stroll will get you to the Cretaz chair lifts station. After a day on the slopes, you’re literally a stone’s throw (less then 100metres) from the main street and the best après Cervinia has to offer.

Several mountain experiences are waiting for you! You can experience the adrenaline of an ice kart race or the emotion of driving a team of sled dogs.
To admire the woods in winter there is the Blue Lake trail. It begin just 200 m from the cond. Centro Breuil.
