WHERE IS IT?
The flat is located in the cond. BECCA D’ARAN, on the 1st floor (with elevator).
The apartment has its own private ski locker in the communal ski room, close to the entrance door.
On the top floor there is a bright communal terrace, perfect to sunbathing.
In the condominium, the hot water is centralized.
Situated just off Cervinia’s main street, the apartment is close enough to the action to make the most of this vibrant resort, yet enjoys just enough distance to find a little peace and quiet. The chair lift station and ski runs is an easy 100 metres (approx.) walk.
Given its centrality, you not need a car to get to the house or to go skiing: everything is easily accessible on foot.
It’s centrally located, once in Cervinia you can just park the car and forget it.
A few meters from the building, there is a trail that leads to the small Alpini Chapel. You can easily go there with snowshoes (snow conditions permitting). Within minutes you can immerse yourself in a unique mountain scenery, at the foot of the Matterhorn.
