A high-rise apartment with an enviable sunny exposure and a nice view: the living area is bright, full south exposed. From the balcony the view is 150° from the Matterhorn (north) at the Chateau de Dames (west). The rooms allow you to admire the Matterhorn (north).

Difficult to find an apartment with the same brightness, view and in a similar location: right in the center a few steps from the chair lifts of Cretaz.

WHERE IS IT?
The flat is located in the cond. Cervinia, on the 6th floor (with elevator).
Close to the entrance there is a private armchair for your skis.

THE LOCATION
The property is set in a convenient location: the pedestrian street is just 20mt, so the best shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The Cretaz ski area is less than 100mt far! Here the ski runs arrive and there is the departure of the chair lifts: with a branch of the chairlift you can take a ski run and reach by skiing the cable cars for Plan Maison and the Plateau Rosa glacier.

Given its centrality, you not need a car to get to the house or to go skiing: everything is easily accessible on foot.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You are right on the town center, so everything you need is very close to you. If you have a private car, you can park it in one of the free uncovered parkings, the closest is 80 mt far.
In summer you can easily reach the golf course (200 mt far) and the children playground (150mt far). If you travel with children, that apartment is a perfect choice. The baby ski run with the tapis roulant is in the Cretaz, very close to the flat!
