WHERE IS IT?

Set on the promontory of Giomein, in a condominium with concierge service and centralized hot water.
The closest ski runs is approximately 50mt from the entrance.
From the ski runs you can ski until the town center and the chairlifts station.
The gondola to Plan Maison is approximately 400mt.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The center of Cervinia is about 500mt far: the car is not necessary, you can reach the center by a 10min walk – or so. On the Giomein hills there are some excellent restaurants and spas.
