THE LOCATION

The location is unique: close to a slope, surrounded by trees, only 100mt from the cable cars.

Built on a promontory just above the town center, in approximately 5 minute you can walk to the pedestrian street.

Residence Cervinia is a piece of the history of our resort.
It was the Grand Hotel Cervinia and it still offers large common areas, a children’s playroom and a beautiful sun terrace with garden. The condo has the centralized hot water and a heated ski storage.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Close to the condominium there is a ski rental and a bar. The kids garderie is approximately 300mt far.
