- Final cleaning: please leave the apartments clean and tidy, otherwise an extra charge will be required. The cost is €25,00 for the Studio; €30,00 for the Two rooms; €40,00 for the Three/Four rooms.

THE LOCATION

The best location for ski and leisure: the cond. Lo Riondé is great for those who are after a range of facilities but don’t wish to travel far. Shops, restaurants and skiing is right on your doorstep.
situated just at the base of the Cretaz’s slopes and chair lifts. At the end of your ski day, you can choose to ski back home by a relaxing blue ski run or speed along a red one. In both cases, you will arrive just in front of your door. In the heart of Cervinia, just two blocks from the main street, the condominium Lo Riondé enjoys a great location almost next to the shops, bars and restaurants of this vibrant town. You will be hard pressed to find a better located apartment!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Lo Riondé opens onto the Cretaz area: here, in winter, slopes and chair lifts, kid areas and ice skating, are underneath the front door. For a good aerobic activity there is the cross-country trail just 100meters far (approx.).
In the summer there is a beautiful playground for children. The golf course and tennis courts are within easy walking distance.
For MTB lovers there are some itineraries absolutely unmissable!
