- Final cleaning: please leave the apartments clean and tidy, otherwise an extra charge will be required. The cost is €25,00 for the Studio; €30,00 for the Two rooms; €40,00 for the Three/Four rooms.

Located in a pleasant residential environment, in a small stone building overlooking a particularly well-kept garden. This apartment enjoys a central location, only 100mt from the pedestrian street and close to the slopes and chair lifts.
Near the living area there is a kitchenette. A corridor leads to the bathroom with bath tub, a bunk bedroom and a queen size bedroom. The living room and the master bedroom share the same west facing terrace, with a beautiful view of the trees and the mountain from the Chateau des Dames to the Grandes Murailles.

WHERE IS IT?
The apartment is situated in cond. CORS LIOY, on the 2ND floor (with elevator).

THE LOCATION
One of the strengths of this apartment is the location: the Cretaz station – with the slopes and the chair lifts departure – is just than 200 meters far and is easily accessible. The environment is very quiet, mostly residential, but the pedestrian street is just 100mt from home, so all the shops and restaurants are close by.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You can park your car in one of the two public car parks at less than 200mt.
A few meters from the building, there is a trail that leads to the small Alpini Chapel. You can easily go there with snowshoes (snow conditions permitting). Within minutes you can immerse yourself in a unique mountain scenery, at the foot of the Matterhorn.
