WHERE IS IT?
The flat is located in the cond. Serenella, on the 3rd floor (with elevator).
THE LOCATION
The property is set in a convenient location, in the street Meynet, a road side by the Main street. The pedestrian area is only 50mt away, so you can easily reach the best shops and restaurants.
On the ground floor there are a grocery with daily fresh bread and a restaurant pizzeria.
Get to the slopes is really a stroll: the arrival of the ski runs and the departure of the Cretaz chair lifts is just 200 meters from the apartment.
Snow permitting, you can ski up to 100 meters from the condo.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A few meters from the building, there is the golf course (summer)/ country ski (winter).
The public parking is approximately 250 mt away. Given its centrality, you not need a car: everything is easily accessible on foot.
