WHERE IS IT?

The flat is located in the cond. LA BAITA on the ground floor.
In the condominium, the hot water is centralized.

THE LOCATION

To access to the condominium you have to walk a path on the snow nestled in a private garden.
In the town centre, just two block from the main street, La Baita enjoys a great location next to the shops, bars and restaurants of Cervinia, but with enough distance to find a little peace and quiet.
The chair lifts and ski runs are just a few steps away from the condominium (approx. 200meters).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

It’s centrally located, once in Cervinia you can just park the car and forget it.
A few meters from the building, there is a trail that leads to the small Alpini Chapel. You can easily go there with snowshoes (snow conditions permitting). Within minutes you can immerse yourself in a unique mountain scenery, at the foot of the Matterhorn.
