WHERE IS IT?
The flat is located in the cond. Sci d’oro, on the 3rd floor (with elevator).
THE LOCATION
Situated in the pedestrian area, this studio offers an easy access to all services. If there is enough snow, you can ski until the front door and, in the morning, you can reach the chairlifts with a walk of a hundred meters.
For a faster climb, you can take the cable car, sets at about 400mt from the cond. Sci d’oro.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Everything is on your doorstep: from the pub for the après ski, to the typical restaurant, via the boutique for your shopping.
That’s why the pedestrian area is so comfy!
Two steps from the entrance there is the natural ice skating and the kid zone for children.
If you travel by car, you can load your luggage on the ground floor of the condo and then you can park on one of the public parking (approximately 350mt far).
